We’re delighted to showcase the completion of this stunning ground floor rear wrap-around extension in Walton-on-Thames. Designed with a detailed specification and bespoke client requirements, the project has been delivered to exceptional standards, much to our client’s delight.

This transformation includes an open-plan kitchen, utility room, WC, boot room, and office, complemented by a raised porcelain patio and brick planter. The expansive bi-folding doors and striking roof light flood the interior with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming space throughout the year.

Total Construction Budget:

£150,000

This budget covered the complete delivery of the ground floor wraparound extension in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey.
